2019 Vin Gris of Grenache

Grenache grapes for the Vin Gris were harvested two weeks before the grapes destined for the Red Wine program. The aim was to maintain a fresh acidity and lighter alcohol influence. A “feral yeast” fermentation commenced in Stainless Steel drums and we bottled six months later to protect this delicate balance.
